🍽️ Yingde Black Tea
Introduction:
Northern Guangdong black tea, mellow and slightly sweet.
Detailed Introduction:
Yingde Black Tea comes from Yingde in the limestone hills of northern Guangdong and is one of China's well-known black teas. Made from large-leaf tea bushes through withering, rolling, fermenting and drying, its leaves are tight and glossy, while the brewed liquor is bright reddish. The taste is full and mellow with clear sweetness, notes of honey and floral-fruity aroma, a long sweet finish and good staying power through repeated infusions. It is excellent drunk plain and is also widely used in milk tea, blending smoothly into a rich creamy cup. Around Yingde, tea gardens and tea culture go hand in hand, and a warm cup in cooler months is a relaxed way to appreciate the tea-country flavor of the northern Guangdong highlands.
